Dougs and Duanes

Dougs and Duanes (“DnD”) is a solo LARP created for Marx Shepherd’s Which DnD Jam. This is a WIP.

DnD asks you to step into to the Crocs of an American suburbanite man on a quest to find the perfect pair of garden loppers to prune his lilac bush before the Memorial Day holiday.

Play takes place in your local labyrinthine warehouse-style home improvement store, where you will interact with actual customers as you attempt get advice on garden loppers, talk about your favorite sport, and maybe—just maybe—come to peace with some of the private desperations you never tell anyone.
